Jenny is also qualified to offer Indian Head Massage and Seated (or Onsite) Acupressure Massage. These both treat the upper body:- shoulders, upper back, neck and head- all those areas where we carry so much stress!

These are ideal shorter treatments designed to help relax tense, stressed-out muscles.  They can also be combined with Reiki if you would like a longer treatment.  All treatments are tailor-made to the individual after consultation.

Jenny is also qualified to offer Spiritual Care.  Many people are searching for meaning in their lives, maybe feeling at a crossroads, unsure of the way ahead, or maybe searching for the meaning behind the often inexplicable pain and trauma which life can bring.  Spiritual Care offers empathic support on this journey, be that as a short-term companionship, or longer. 

Spiritual Care supports the inner and spiritual growth of a person, acknowledging the transpersonal element which exists within us all. This is completely independent of any religious adherence a client may or may not hold.
